RoboHelp 7 HTML Printed Documentation Template Not Working

I have a template attached for generating my printed documentation.  When it generates the printed documentation and I open it in MS Word 2007, the template styles are not applied.   At one time, it did recognize the template.  I removed and reattached the template, however, I still have the same issue.

In the last page of the print SSL wizard, are the styles still showing as mapped?

Create a document in Word from the template and check the styles are still good.

Post back if still no joy.

Alas, no joy!  :{

• I've tried deleting the template and reattaching.
• I've tried copying the same template from another project into this project and it still won't work.  (In the other projet, the template works fine when generating the printed documentation.)
• I've tried deleting the .CPD file (recommendation from someone else).
• I've taken my laptop to the window and threatened to toss it out if it doesn't start playing nice.  (It just laughed at me!)

There is obviously something wrong with the project.  I'm thinking I should create a new project, import all the topics, and reapply the template?  

Thoughts?
