i installed adobe flash player on my mac but still cant play video on you tube

Are you using Safari?  If so, please make sure that the "enable plug-in" checkbox is checked in the Advanced tab of Safari's preferences dialog.  If it is, please post the contents of the page that is displayed when you select "Installed Plug-ins" in Safari's Help menu.
