I use IE as my default, but have Google Chrome downloaded which I find to have problems with on some sites.

I use windows 7 professional which is up date regularly.

With the new flash player installed, successfully as it tells me... when I go to any link that requires it, I am asked once more to download it and the link/program will not work.

Do you have issues with both Internet Explorer and Chrome?

For Internet Explorer, please check if you have disabled ActiveX Filtering and enabled Flash Player in Internet Explorer. For more details see: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-games-video-or.html#main_2__Disable_ActiveX_Filt...

Thanks,

Sunil

Pat,

The information sent by Sunil referred to IE/Windows 9 and I use 7 (Professional) so I didn't check this item. However I did at your suggestion and it was checked so I unchecked it and Flash 11 seems to be working. Thanks to you and all the others for the help.
