How do you change the email address associated with this version of the "Submit Form" button?

I just tried this and my version of adobe livecycle does not have a preferences menu under edit.  Any other luck on changing this?  I am having no luck in this area and adobe's lifecycle help page keeps directing me back to the help page everytime I click on contact us.
