installing adobe flash player

Every time I try to install adobe flash player it stops at about 51 percent and says you have to close out of internet explorer, or skype, etc.  That doesn't do anything.  It won't work.  Help!!!

You need to close these applications for installation to continue.

If it doesn't, please press Control , Alt , and Delete keys together. Select Task Manager and go to the Process tab.

See if you have any process of these applications. If you see, select it and click End Process.
