Flash Player - not downloading - even though it stays it has been installed!

I have tried to install Flash Player at least 10 times and it does not work.  I have no idea where it has saved it when it has told me it has been installed successfully.  I never used to have problems, but for some reason over the past two weeks, systems that require FLash Player to make them work i.e. videos on facebook, bbc iplayer - no longer work. Help!

Please let us know your operating system and browser.

Most probably, Flash Player is not enabled in your browser.
