Adobe Flash plays sound but no picture. How to Fix?

Have HP Pavilion dv7.  Have had the lastest Adobe Flash installed.  Used to work fine.  Stopped playing picture on Internet Exployer, but continues to work on Google Chrome.  Attempted all fixes posted on Adobe.  Removed and reloaded lastest Flash Player, it worked for one day and now again only plays sound, no picture.  Help.  I hired an expert computer geek to fix it, qnd he was unable to do so.

Could you please check if ActiveX Filtering is disabled and Flash Player is enabled in the browser.
