Would you please to check if email on your Junk E-mail? I'm not sure if you're form coauthor or author, whether or not use form Email Notifications feature. if yes, both shared users should check mail notificaitons checkbox under option tab, then you will receive email when form responses data has been submitted by form filler.

I am the author on the forms. I have another email address, that I own, that I'd like the form responses to go to--this will be my co-author. Nothing is in the junk box.

whether or not get email, both author and coauthor should getting the responses data on response table. if your mail addess is correct, please make sure coauthor is also sign in FormsCentral and check the Email Notifications checkbox, and include summary response data.
if you want to get email but wouldn't like your coauthor sign in FC, please check Email Receipts checkbox, and filling in a coauthor email when you filling in form. http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2664

I am not sure why the original email notification was never sent but we were able to fix the issue by removing the co-author's email from the sharing list and re-adding it back.
