Flash player "stuttering"

I have a fairly high spec machine which it ran web "games" (etc) very smoothly pre an upgrade to IE 10 but now suffers from "stuttering" / "jurky" responses in the same things - versions, drivers (etc) fairly up-to-date ...

Win 7 (SP1)

IE 10.0.9200.16521

Flash 11.6.602.108

Bounce ... as i've had no replies, how does one log a "real" call, rather than Adobe's cop-out of suggesting you ask a forum (with no SLA/no gurantee of a response etc)?
