not full screen during video

when i get to video it plays but when i have to click next it dont show full screen so i cant click next to get to next chapter of my video . pleas ei have to have this video done in 4 hours . i just want to make it to where i can see full video screen so i can click next to go on to next chapter please helpppp

We don't know anything about your video, or what controls are in it.  Usually all controls show in full screen mode when you move the mouse.

If this is a public video, can you share the link with us?

Also, what is your operating system & web browser?
