error en instalación de adobre flash player

me indica que hay un error en la instalación porque NO SE HA ENCONTRADO LISTADO DE ACCIONES. ¿qué tengo que hacer? ahora mismo no tengo ninguna versión instalada en el ordenador, y me está dando ese error sin saber cual es la solución, y necesito adobe flash player.

windows, but I don't know what is the version, and I don't know how can to see what is the version. Maybe WINDOWS VISTA. I buy my computer NOVEMBER OF 2006.

I have INTERNET EXPLORER, MOZILLA FIREFOX and GOOGLE CHROME.

Please see the first and second question in the following link to find the operating system and browser: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-faq.html

Go to the Flash Player download page.

Click Download and save it on your computer.

Then close browser (using which you downloaded), and double-click the downloaded file.

Let us know what happens (where you are stuck).
