PDapp.exe - Application Error

Hello i need some help for my problem. I can not run any application of my adobe adobe cs6 master collection after successful installation, i have that error

"PDapp.exe -  Application Error

The application was unable to start corrextly (0xc0000022) Click OK to close the application. "

i try to unistall but i have the same error

i will use support advisor and make the code 40-47363-050905042013.

Please help me i can not use anything and I can not try the product.
