When our help files are viewed in IE 7, there is no "Back" button. You can right-click and then click "Back" but this will be a hassle for customers. Do you know how to get the "Back" button to display?
Thanks,
Farrell

How about pressing the Backspace key to go back to the previous topic?

You should see a left-facing (white) arrow inside a (blue) circle at the top left. That's the Back button - it just doesn't say 'Back' on it any more.

My IE7 browser currently shows a tooltip that reads:

Back to Adobe- Webhelp (Alt+Left)

Good luck,

Hi Farrel,

Are you talking about the back button on the main IE Toolbar? Or are you using custom button in the webhelp skin. If the latter, how did you code the and incorporate the button into the help?

A user can press Alt + Back Arrow to got to the previous page, but lets try and get this button fixed.

Kind Regards
Craig
