Hi I am getting error code failed to write destination file when trying to transfer an e book

Try copying something from your computer to the eBook using file manager such as Windows Explorer.

That might fail giving a more useful error message (such as 'no space available').

Or, if it works, at least it pins down the problem more precisely as an ADE related issue, and maybe it can be tracked from there.
