Harm Millaard Apr 7, 2013 2:48 PM (in response to DaveTrayers)Timecode info is stored with each clip, so the question is whether the HDV camera has free run timecode possibilities. Only a few have that capability. It would be better to use genlock, but the XF100 does not have it, you need the XF105 for that. No clear answer and you better try it out beforehand, so at least you know whether it works or not and avoid surprises.

JSS1138 Apr 7, 2013 2:52 PM (in response to DaveTrayers)Every version of Premiere Pro has handled DV timecode just fine. The same should hold true for CS6 and HDV. But you can always run a test before hand if it'll ease your mind.
