I understand the steps to fix, but seriously there has to be a bug. My images are under 1024 and saved out properly.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Jeff Canepa Apr 9, 2013 11:21 AM (in response to Jeff Canepa)Kyle,
I was able to get much better results by using Photoshop to convert your file to a "web optimized" gif. In Photoshop CS 6 I chose menu File->Save for Web... and in the Save for Web dialog I selected GIF as the output format. I did not change any other settings. I have sent you an email with my copy of your image (the gif).
Regards,
-Jeff

5. Re: Image gets distorted when placed in form
emaKyleL Apr 9, 2013 11:29 AM (in response to Jeff Canepa)Jeff,
Again thanks for your help with this.
I am on CS6 as well, and on other forms I have, I have images (PNGs), and they all look fine. I thought there might be something happening on the app side of things today.
The .gif works fine, but it should, there are really only a few colors in the image at that point.
I did send my image through to you, but I am fine with how it is now.
PS>
The forms is a great addition to the adobe, I love it…
Will there be new features rolled into adobe forms in the future?
More control over Custom Forms?
Thanks again.
Kyle
