I Can't download adobe flashplayer on android phone?

I went to download the adobe flash player for my samsung galaxy 551 but whenever I go to install it,it will say installing and then a triangle with an exclamation point pops up saying application not installed.

can anybody help please?

I really want flash on my phone.
