why wont bejewelled on facebook not recognise my up todate flash player

I'm on windows7 Internet Exploer 10 but when I try to play bejewelled on Facebook it will not recognise my up to date flash player can anyone tell me why facebook keeps telling me to up date my flash player I've tried this quite a few times without success can you help me pleaseBrian
