Issues running installation file

I've downloaded the universal 32-bit installer for Windows on my PC which is a 32-bit system running Windows 7.  When I attempt to run the file I get an error message that says that the file doesn't support 32-bit Windows systems.  Is there another file I can download or are there other issues with my PC?
