What is your operating system & web browser?

Do you install as an administrator user?

Thanks for your reply.

Maybe I didn't explain my situation clearly. Flashplayer is already

installed but when I play certain online games it states I don't have

the flashplayer plugin. When following the installation instructions it

stops saying I don't have the privilege. I do have administrator use.

When I login I login as administrator. I am the only user of this

computer. Flashplayer is installed but not the plugin.

I have windows vista and uses charter.net as web browser. Hope this

helps better.

Thanks

Nancy Simons

Check your browser if the Shockwave Flash plugin is enabled.

Regarding your missing privileges, try a clean install as described in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/928315

If you still have problems, tell me what your browser is (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari, ...)
