Trouble installing flash player onto website

I am having trouble installing JPlayer Flash-based plugin onto our website, nothing plays back. I have contacted them and they said it was a flash related issue. Is this an issue with my browser or with my CMS?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated, as this has been a real headache for me.

I don't see any Flash content on that site.

Thanks for looking at the post, I took it down because I couldn't get it sorted, but I'm still trying to fix the problem. Any feedback would help.

I don't know what jPlayer is, so I googled it and found http://www.jplayer.org/

It seems to be a HTML5 player; nothing to do with Flash Player.
