Cannot view videos on my Mac Book after following the prompt to update my Flash Player......have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, seemingly successfully but with no results.

Assuming that you are using Safari, please verify that the "enable plugins" checkbox is checked in the security tab of Safari's preferences dialog.  If so, please go to the Help menu and select Installed Plug-ins, then copy/paste the contents of the page that is displayed in a forum reply.
