getting started

i HAVE A PROGRAM ON MY PC WHICH PLAY VIDEOS TO LEARN A LANGUAGE.

It does not play since i cleaned up my pc

I have downloaded flash player as an icon appeared and advised to download adobe plug in or upgrade browser.

I think i have don both but with no joy

Can any one help

What is your operating system?  What is your browser?

You write "download", but did you also install it?

What exactly did you "clean up"?
