Downloading older version of Flash Player

I'm registered for a Webinar that uses the ON24 format which is imcompatible with version 11.7.  Their instruction is revert to the 11.6 version.  I can only find the download of 11.6 for developers.  Please advise location and procedure for download/installation of 11.6.

Note that you must uninstall 11.7 prior to installing an earlier version.

Ash  M & Pat W - thanks for the help.  After I sorted out the correct installer and .exe files from the debugging files, I was able to successfully load.
