Hello I am having problem with Flash Player 11.7.700.169

Hi I have Avast antivirus "the free version" and it keeps asking me to do a critical update, but in order for me to get the update I must first update my flash player to version  11.7.700.169

It redirects me with a link to download it but fails to do so nor install.

Any ideas please ?

I Have just tried to do this again and it has flagged "metafile download failed" can you shed anylight on this anyone ?
