Why does Falsh Player install McAffee Security as an update?  Shouldn't Flash Player notify customers that it wants to install McAffee Security modules?

Hi Nick,

While installing Flash player you get choice (check box) to install McAffee security. If you don't want to install McAffee security than uncheck the  check box and just install Flash player.

Thanks!  I had not noticed the choice - so will now update gladly (w/o McAffee).
