Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? I created a DHTML fly-in header which shows up when I preview the topic in RoboHelp but doesn't work after I generate Webhelp.

Hi KarDav28 and welcome to our community

Well, a number of things could be happening.

* Is this the only effect you have applied? If you choose two or more effects, some aren't compatible with others. In that case, t's all trial and error to see what works and what doesn't.
* Are you running your WebHelp on a browser that understands DHTML?
* Have you possibly disabled JavaScript in your browser?

Cheers... Rick

Hi Rick, thanks for the welcome. I am very new to this so I appreciate the help. I'm using RoboHelp 6 and Internet Explorer 6. The effect is Fly-in When Page Loads (that is the only one). On the java I'm not sure. All of the options are checked under Microsoft VM. Thanks again.
