It is impossible to authorize my computer with my e-mail address and password; it says that there is an error in activation

Sometimes ADE gets in a half-connected state.
Often the error message it gives in that case has nothing to do with the real error.
Deauthorise to remove any old (possibly confused) authorizations. ctrl-shift-D (cmd-shift-D on Mac) when in Library view on ADE.
Restart ADE.
Try to authorize again.
