Flash Player/Facebook catch-22

When I try to watch a video on Facebook, I get a message saying I need to upgrade my Flash Player.  But when I click on the button to do that, it says my browser--Chrome--already has the newest version installed.

To confirm are you using Chrome 26.0.1410.64 m?  What URL are you seeing this occur on?  Does it happen consistently?

If you're using Chrome 10, then it sounds like you're out of date.  What version of Flash is reported as being installed when you visit this page?
