Why does the not working notice keep coming up?

If it didn't fine a solution the first time or the second time or the third time I doubt it's going to find a solution at all. And I'm not talking about everytime I open the browser or go to the website, I'm talking constantly, like 1 second after I click on OK

I'm on Vista and I use Google Chrome and Firefox. I've had the problem on Firefox, I think on Chrome too but can't remember

See if the latest beta release 11.7.700.182 (for Firefox) still causes the same problem.
