I keep getting the message that my password or name is correct.  Adobe has sent a message that I successfully changed the password.  So I am unable to download the new flash player.

Hello,

You need the password you use to log into your computer.  If you user account is an Administrator, it'll install.  Otherwise, you'll need to provide the password for an Administrator on your computer.  If you don't have a password to log into your computer, and your user account is an Administrator, ignore the password field and click OK to continue.
