time out when installing (as well)

I've downloaded and attempted to install the application several times, and it always times out. Why is that? Please help. The following is my system information:

Operating system: Windows 7 32-bit

Browser: Mozilla Firefox 20.0.1 (x86 en-US)

Flash Player Version: 11.7.700.169
