Problems with version 11.7.700.169

This new version displayes split immages split horizontally and compressd.

Win XP latest updates

Browsers all fully current

display problems are the same in Firefox, IE, and Real Player

Uninstalled all old flash players using Adobe uninstall utility

uninstalled RealPlayer

Turned off all anti-virus for new download of Flash

Problem remains the same

Tried loading 10.3 but file formatt is not recognized by Win XP

Hate to do it but my next step is to abandon existing browsers and try Chrome because it has its own version of Flash.

Suggestions?
