I have IE10 on a 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium with SP1 installed. The feedback tells me that it is installed and yet not.

What exactly do you mean "it is not there"?  Check

Thanks for the email. I had been to <http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html> http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html before and went through the test and then the install.

However, I had “not noticed” instructions regarding the add-ons.

I followed the instructions and now it shows as installed.
