Update to watch this Video

I get the error message Update Adobe flash player to watch this Video. I did and rebooted and then checked Control panel on my PC and Adobe ver 11.7.700.169 and google chrome 26.0.1410.64  was installed and then I checked IE 10 tools and they were both enabled. But I still get the same error. I hev Win 7 on my PC

A video on CNN.COM or NBC.COM

Even when I go into youtube I get the same message, but when I click on a video it does work.

So what browser do you actually use?  What does this tell you http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html#main_Find_the_Flash_Player_ver... ?

I  use IE10, When I go to the website above The BOX below Check if Flash Player is installed on your computer and the BOX Find the version of the Flash Player are both are blank. But when I checked Control Panel > Programs. Flash Player version 11.7.700.169 and Google Chrome 26.1410.64 are both installed.

Thank you it works now. I took the check mark off of active X filtering
