Flash player download

Every time I try to download the latest version of Flash Player, it stops and says to close Internet Explorer, but I don't have internet explorer open.  What do I need to do?

You need to close Internet Explorer for installation to continue.

If it doesn't, please press Control , Alt , and Delete keys together. Select Task Manager and go to the Process tab.

See if you have any process of these applications. If you see, select it and click End Process.

Go to the Process tab and see if there is iexplorer.exe. End process it if any.
