BB Z-10 mobile browser not redirecting to phone layout

I am slowely creating a new site (http://cumctestjan.businesscatalyst.com/index.html). My new phone, blackberry z10, is not redirected to the phone layout, rather the desktop layout. I have checked the phone's browser settings, and the desktop mode lock (found under settings > developer tools) is indeed off. The browser is redirected on other sites such as chase and starbucks. (Old phone, blackberry 9930 was redirected just fine, as was my ipod touch)

Is there something in muse I can do to ensure this mobile browser is redirected also? Is it a density or screen size or device id value that is causing the mobile browser to not be redirected?
