extracting files

Hi,

I´ve been trying to download the illustrator but it keeps saying "extracting files" and it´s been like that for hours now! It won´t let me restart the downdload either. What can I do?

Please follow the Very Important Instructigiven on the page before clicking on download link.

After downloading please extract .7Z file using winrar

if you use the prodesigntools link (http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html), download both the exe and 7z files to the same directory.  do NOT extract the 7z file.

just click the exe file to start extraction.
