Script Failed

I keep receiving a script failed for the following:

language is formcalc;context is xfa[0].form[0].form1[10].#subform[20].Numericfield18[0])

Script=16/17

arithmetic over/underflow

But the form still calculates

Is it possible for you to upload the form? or atleast a sample that exhibits same behavior.

AFAIR there used to be an option to upload files on this forum but somehow that option doesn't seem to appear,
