flash doesn't work

Installed flash player 11, now it says I have no flash player or reader installed Installation was successful, but then I found I have Windows 7 with an amd 2.2 GHZ processor and 2.3 is required. Should I uninstall and download older version , if so , what and where do I find it.

No problem with your processor and Flash Player 11.
