my serial # is 1 letter, 10 #'s, then 2 letters. it will not fill boxes provided to install and use cs6. Where do I get additional #'s

Adobe software comes with 24 digit long serial number, the serial number will be at the back side of the jewel case of DVD.

OR

If its a online Download order(ESD) than the serial number will be in your account.
