Having installed eLearning Suite 6.1 selecting all options for install, when opening a presentation (both 97-2003 and 2007 versions) no presenter tools work at all.

Every option returns unexpected problem, even the help file.

Have trawled the forums and tried various suggestions complete uninstall and install, again with removing the regedit file and still no joy.

System is 32 bit running PowerPoint 2007 so did ensure the 32 bit version was installed.

Any suggestions?

Regards

T James

Just checking to see if there has been a response, but nothing yet.

Does anyone have any ideas? or where can I contact Adobe support direct as there doesn't seem to be an option available!

Had sorted the issue out, the problem being there were conflicting add ins running in PowerPoint.  So you need to advise users of Presenter that this could be the problem, and that they need to disable other add ins as part of process to solve issues with Presenter returning errors.

I had advised your team already.

T James
