Zoom out your Timeline, lasso-select all of the
clips you want to move... and slide them to the right.

Hi,
I'm not sure if you know this, but you do not need to shift clips to the right to insert a clip. You can just use an Insert Edit by clicking the Insert button in the Source Monitor. You can also drag the clip to the beginning of the Timeline, just press the Command key before letting go of the mouse.
