In reference to message 4600521, I am trying to remove adobe flash and reinstall so it will stop prompting me to install it.  I can remove everything but the following - flash util_actnex  flash util_act.dll and flash, ocx.  I am getting a message that I am not authorized (trusted installer error) and can't remove.  I have spent hours on this and I simply want to get flash working correctly.

I don't understand your reference to message 4600521 - that was a question about a graphics driver.

What browser do you use?  If IE10, use Windows Update to update Flash Player.  If different, please describe your problem in detail.
