When attempting to update Flash I am getting Unable to unzip metafile file error.

I am running Windows 7 professional, 32 bit.  I have tried this update several ways without success.  I need some ideas.

Try using the offline installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_hea... (under the heading Progess bar hangs...).

I had previously tried the installer without success.  The main reason for this failure is the following message displays after I click the link on the adobe site.

Access to the page has been denied

because the following virus was  detected
