I have Adobe Media Server 4.5 running on Windows 2008. My hard drive is running out of space for recorded videos. I have tried looking into cloud storage options like Amazon S3, but it looks as if this isn't possible since I'm running Windows. My question is what are my options for scaling hard drive space? Can I have multiple VOD directories? How do I make AMS look at multiple locations or at a cloud storage space?

Hi
Your use-case is HDS or RTMP playback?
For RTMP VoD playback, refer http://help.adobe.com/en_US/flashmediaserver/devguide/WS0432746db30523c21e63e3d12eea2a8fc0-8000.html. You can goto section "Configure the location of media files".
For HDS VoD content, check http://help.adobe.com/en_US/flashmediaserver/devguide/WSeb6b7485f9649bf23d103e5512e08f3a338-8000.htm...

In case anyone is curious, it looks like the best thing to do is store videos on Amazon S3. You can then mount that as a drive onto your server, and stream videos from it. However, I'm using Windows, so that brings all kinds of extra hoops to jump through, and I have not figured it out yet.
