I have installed Presenter 8 but there is no ribbon in PPT 2013. I checked for add ins, both COM add ins and disabled items but there is no Presenter.

I seem to only have the presenter video editor.

Hi,

Please check the version of your Presenter. Presenter 8/8.0.1 was not supported for PPT 2013.  We support PPT 2013 from Presenter 8.1 onwards. In case you have 8.1, please check that the you are installing correct build of Presenter. If you have PPT 32 bit, then you must install Presenter 32 bit and likewise for Presenter 64 bit.

Thanks,

Vikram

Additionally, Presenter 8.1 is only available to ASA or Subscription customers. If you purchased Presenter through the website, or through a vendor, you will not have access to 8.1.

Presenter 8.0.1 is supported for PPT 2013, but only the 32 bit version. So if you have the 64 bit version of PPT installed, you will need to reinstall it as a 32 bit version. Then you should be able to install it.
