Hi Vikram,

I have Windows 7 and Chrome. Chrome Installation is Ok.

I have problems with installing Flash Player 11.on MS Windows 7.

I did follow the introductions and enabled what I supposed to enabled.

although that I received at the end that the Flash Player was

installed successfully but actual installation didn't take place

accordingly.

please advise

Which other browser are you using and can you check which version of Flash Player you have on that browser (http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/) ?

Windows 7

I have mentioned that already twice.

again I wish to install Flash Player 11 or any other version on Windows 7

I am unable to download from this site successfully

Yes I did, I downloaded several times.

at the end I received a note saying that Installation was successful.

however, yet I can not identify it and activate it once accessing sites

that require Flash Player.

All your posts are very unclear; here are some questions I need answers for:

  1. You say you use Chrome; does Flash Player work on Chrome?
  2. You also write that you use another browser; what is that other browser?  You have never answered that.
  3. You write "I can not identify it" - what exactly does that mean?
  4. Do you get any error messages when you try to access sites that use Flash?
  5. What files do you have in C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash ?

1. Hi I use both on my PC. Chrome and Windows7

2. In addition to my Chrome I use Windows7 by Microsoft

3. I can not Identify whats the problem or issue which prevent me from

installing Flash Player correctly to WINDOWS7.

4. Yes I get. it says"You need to install Flash Player"

Google Chrome is a browser; it comes with Flash Player preinstalled - you don't need to install it.

Windows 7 is your operating system, not a browser.

From the files in your Flash install folder I see that you have installed the add-ons for Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers; do you use any of them, and on which does Flash Player not work?
