Is there an easy and safe way to install Flash Player?

I am getting this notice trying to down load from the updater on Windows 7 Home Premiu.

"Installation encountered errors

Actionlist not found"

Do I need to hire someone to download Adobe Flash, because I am not good at this.

Download and run the offline installers from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html#main-pars_hea... (under the heading Progress bar hangs...).
