Hi, I receive the following error message when I open Photoshop CS5 extented...Runtime Error!

Hello, I'm sorry for not providing enough information.

I am running Windows 7 (64bit)

I cannot open Adobe Photoshop CS5 without receiving the  following error message:

Runtime Error!

Program C:\Pro.....

This Application has required the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way

I also updated  Adobe Application Updates but nowe get the following error message:

Pleaser help as I can no longeer use any of my Adobe applications!

I have to activate my version of windows in a week. could this have any impact on this problem?

the error message is an os error message, not an adobe error message.

so, you have an os problem. whether that's caused by having an unactivated os or not, i do not know.

contact microsoft and see what they say.

as for the update errors, update directly:  http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/
